The lyrics say “Fuck Drew Brees”. Drew Brees is a quarterback of New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL) who in response to a question whether or not he would kneel during the national anthem in solidarity with other players protesting the systemic racism and police brutality said that he would never agree with anybody disrespecting the United States. He has later apologized but still made it in the lyrics of the song. Kid Cudi’s daughter Vada was the first one to announce the collaboration on Twitter. This year Kid Cudi also released his solo song “Leader of the Delinquent”. Another of his work was a collaboration with Travis Scott on “THE SCOTTS.” He also worked on the animation Kids See Ghosts with Kanye West and will star in an HBO series We Are Who We Are. Kid Cudi’s last album “Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin” was released in 2016. Eminem released a record “Music to Be Murdered By” in January 2020 and performed “Lose Yourself” at the Oscars.
