A$AP Rocky says that Under Armour sneaker isn’t his.
Last year, Under Armour officially announced their partnership with A$AP Rocky which will include a line of new products, as well as new community centers in neighborhoods located in Baltimore, Los Angeles and New York City.
While Rocky and Under Armour definitely have some collaborative projects in the works, it’s not the sneaker that recently surfaced.
Images of the mysterious shoe were posted on a number of sneaker IG accounts this week and since Rocky is seen in the background, the kicks were quickly labeled as his first Under Armour sneaker collab. However, he took to twitter this afternoon to label those reports, “FALSE!”

According to TheShoeGame, A$AP Rocky will endorse this brand new lifestyle sneaker as part of his Under Armour contract, but it’s not his shoe. SneakerNews reports that the upcoming model is actually a part of UA’s Forge 1 line.
The real A$AP Rocky x Under Armour Sportswear collaboration is set to release sometime later this year.
