Boosie Settles Lawsuit But Says Biloxi Mayor Doesn’t Want Black People On Beach

Rapper Boosie has settled a part of his lawsuit over an altercation with security guards at the Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, Mississippi.
The incident unfolded in April of 2017 when an aggressive security guard confronted the rapper, who was shopping in the mall after Black Spring Break Weekend.

Boosie was surrounded by his fans when a guard named Glen Kerley started pepper spraying the crowd, who had gathered around him inside of the Dillards department store.
A pregnant woman with twins was injured during the incident, which resulted in serious health problems for the twins she was carrying.

Boosie sued the Edgewater Mall, Dillards and the city of Biloxi for $40 million.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but he is still suing Dillards and Boosie’s problems with the city of Biloxi are far from over.
He warned his fans and everyone who is not white to stay out of Biloxi, after claiming Mississippi cops were targeting across the state, over the lawsuit against the city.
